A memoir is any nonfiction narrative writing based on the author’s personal memories or experiences. For this assignment, I was asked to “reflect’ on a personal memory or experience and articulate it in six words. I was then tasked to design a visual illustrating the meaning of the ‘memoir’ using typography, and imagery generated by AI. My first memoir stated that “Life’s stairway starts with one step.” This memoir is one that I try to live by every day. That's what gets me started in everything that I do whether it's homework, working out, or even just relaxing. I just know that everything starts with taking one step towards that goal. The second memoir stated that “Learning can happen anywhere you are.” This is another principle that I try to implement in my own life. I try to realize that whether I'm in a good mood or a bad mood, or if I'm in a good situation or bad situation that I can still learn from it.
